All the apartments are equipped with private bathrooms, fireplace, air conditioning and satellite television. The facility also offers catering services (on request) and laundry. At the request a cot and high chair for children can be provided.

		Il Prato It can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons, has a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a single entrance on the rear courtyard. It is equipped with a special fireplace dividing the bedroom and the hall.
		Il Lauro It can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons, is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Characteristic is the huge hedge, from which it takes its name. The environment is comunications with the apartment "Il Prato", whch forms a single large independent environment. Moreover, the bath is designed so that a disabled person can access all the services.
		Il Moro It can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons, is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. It takes its name from an adjacent plant. The bedroom has a stylish antique bed with mosquito nets, and a wall of the room has been restored in order to preserve the ancient stone of the farmhouse. There are two bathrooms.
		La Torre It can accommodate 3 to 5 persons, is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and, on request, of other two single beds. Located at the highest of the house. A bed "a baldacchino" in the room remembers the atmosphere of the ancient Florentine families. There are two bathrooms.
		Il Granaio It can accommodate 3 to 5 persons, is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. It was the old barn of hunting. The bedroom is on a typical loft, which overlooks the living area. This ensures a particular apartment privacy being independent and separate from the rest of the structure. There are two bathrooms.
